Carrie del Toro
Carrie brings 20 years of experience to the Green Peak Partner’s team with a focus in business operations, team management and customer service. As Business Manager, Carrie coordinates many of the firm’s day-to-day operations. Her responsibilities include providing executive support to our Managing Partner, client project management, marketing, recruiting, and coordination of internal projects.
Prior to joining Green Peak Partners, Carrie was the Office Manager for Verecloud, an emerging cloud services brokerage firm. She assisted in the operations of the business while also providing direct support to the CEO and executive team. Carrie also brings over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. Specifically, Carrie’s experience has been credit card operations with a focus in credit management, customer service, merchant services, cardmember retention and credit card rewards fulfillment. For 9 years, she served as an Assistant Vice President at Citibank, managing teams ranging from 20-40 staff members. There she was awarded Citi Cards’ Quality Excellence award for significantly improving employee satisfaction metrics. Carrie consistently achieves great results through strong analytical skills, open communication and driving team-building initiatives.
Carrie earned her B.S. degree from Penn State University where she was Captain of her Division I varsity gymnastics squad. She resides in Denver, Colorado with her husband and two sons.
