As an Executive Coach, Francesca offers a broad range of coaching and business experience to mid- and upper-level managers as she helps them leverage their strengths, improve development areas and manage complex issues. Francesca has always been fascinated by how people think and relate. She was a top student in her undergraduate psychology honors program at the University of Michigan receiving the Highest Honors award for her Masters-level thesis. As a trained crisis counselor for two years, Francesca’s interests became rooted in one-on-one coaching. And, when she entered management, she always considered coaching and developing her staff to be among her highest priorities.
Complimenting her interest in helping people grow, Francesca has extensive business experience as she was an executive herself. She was a management consultant for both Deloitte Consulting and McKinsey & Company where she advised client leaders on a variety of strategic and operational business issues. Francesca then transitioned to internal management serving as VP of Marketing for a technology company and Director of Marketing for KBtoys.com/e Toys.
Francesca earned her MBA from Harvard Business School. Her formal coaching education is with the Coaches Training Institute, developer of the world-renowned Co-Active coaching model, and is licensed by the International Coaching Federation. Francesca authored the proprietary Choice Pak which uniquely integrates interpersonal, management, and strategic skill development and helps guide clients to substantive and lasting improvements.
Highly perceptive, Francesca is able to hone-in on core issues and force challenging conversations. I’ve learned tools and approaches that can be used daily and have changed my approach to situations routinely encountered. But more valuable has been shedding some long held beliefs that were constraining my growth.
