He is a sought after speaker on the topics of talent, team building, and human potential and regularly addresses both private equity and CEO audiences. He is also a guest lecturer on ‘Hiring Top Talent’ at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Known for his unusual ability to take leaders to new levels of performance, J.P. is an influencer and go-to voice on leadership and executive team effectiveness. He has coached CEOs and boards on issues related to leadership effectiveness, organizational design, succession planning, on-boarding, M&A integration, and conflict intervention. His clients have included Bain Capital, Berkshire Partners, The Carlyle Group, General Atlantic, Madison Dearborn Partners, and more. J.P. earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in finance and management with a minor in psychology from the University of Virginia. He is a CTI-certified executive coach and is licensed by the International Coaching Federation.

Tiffany is Co-Founder and Partner and leads the firm’s marketing efforts in New York City. Over more than a decade in the field, she has personally assessed more than 500 executive-level candidates and coached dozens of leaders and teams to higher performance. Her keen insights and perceptive approach have earned her “go to” status with industry leaders across both private and public investing, including Apax Partners, Berkshire Partners, Citadel Investment Group, and numerous more.
Leveraging a dual background in business strategy and human capital, Tiffany helps clients position and maximize talent against their most critical business imperatives, ultimately driving increased returns. Her clients appreciate her candid style and focus on business results.
Prior to Green Peak she was at ghSMART where she led the firm’s flagship practice area, trained new consultants in assessment methodology, and earned the highest client satisfaction ratings. Earlier in her career, Tiffany worked for the Boston Consulting Group where she was honored with an intellectual leadership award for implementing a people strategy to support brand-boosting organizational change at a Fortune 100 company – work which precipitated her more dedicated focus on human capital consulting.
Tiffany holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated with honors in mathematics from Duke University. She is a CTI-certified executive coach and is licensed by the International Coaching Federation. She lives in New York City with her two sons.

Neel is Managing Partner and responsible for operational leadership of the firm. In addition to his management and thought leadership efforts, Neel has served a broad base of private equity and corporate clients including Madison Dearborn Partners, TPG, TA Associates, and Schlumberger.
Neel has a proven ability to ‘turbo-charge’ the integration of CEOs into new roles and to unlock their leadership potential. He has personally conducted 350 executive assessments and partnered with more than 150 private equity portfolio companies to spark rapid growth. He is also a trusted advisor to senior executives seeking to implement core change initiatives. Prior to Green Peak, Neel worked with the Boston Consulting Group, spent several years leading startups and held positions at Intel, IBM, and Deloitte Consulting. His work has been cited in CFO and HR Magazines.
Neel is a frequent speaker on the topic of talent, and has led trainings and keynotes for over 1,000 corporate executives, private equity investors, and talent professionals. He is also a guest lecturer on ‘Hiring Top Talent’ at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
A CTI-certified executive coach, Neel holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles. He lives in Northern California with his wife, Manjari, and their two sons.

Craig della Penna
Craig della Penna is a Partner and spearheads the firm's marketing efforts in Boston. He advises private equity firms, corporate clients, and hedge funds across a wide range of topics including organizational due diligence and development, talent assessment, and leadership development. He has worked with firms including LogMeIn, Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe, Varde Partners and many other investment firms and portfolio companies.
Craig’s blend of empathy and interpersonal finesse, combined with powerful MBA-level analytic prowess, help his clients tackle their most mission-critical leadership challenges. These mandates range from hiring the right people in the right roles, to preparing proven leaders for ambitious next steps, to identifying key roadblocks to progress in rapidly growing organizations. A CTI-certified executive coach, Craig has partnered with CEOs and managing directors to achieve breakthroughs on their individual leadership development objectives.
Prior to Green Peak, Craig was a principal with the Boston Consulting Group. As a leader of the Organizational Practice Group in Boston, he advised clients in financial services and healthcare while leading all MBA recruiting efforts for the Boston flagship office. Craig received his MBA with High Distinction from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and holds a B.A. in economics from Trinity College. He lives in Concord, Massachusetts with his wife, their two children, and his ferocious standard poodle, Winston.

Becky Winkler, Ph.D.
Becky is a Partner working with private equity, asset management and corporate clients to select and develop senior executives. Equal parts business consultant and industrial/organizational psychologist, she offers bottom-line analyses, penetrating insights, and an ability to translate her work into meaningful business outcomes. Her clients include Madison Dearborn Partners, Huron Capital, Asurion, and H.I.G. Capital.
Becky has conducted over 1,000 executive-level assessments and coached numerous executives to breakthrough performance. She led research in collaboration with Cornell University on predictors for executive success that was featured in the Washington Post, Investor’s Business Daily, HR Executive and more. In 2014, she oversaw a study on learning agility in conjunction with Teacher’s College, Columbia University, with findings published in Harvard Business Review and Inc. magazine.
Prior to Green Peak, Becky was a top-performing consultant with the boutique firm Sperduto & Associates. Becky graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia’s Honors Program, earning degrees in Psychology and Chinese. She was inducted into UGA’s 2015 Class of 40 Under 40 for exemplary accomplishments in her endeavors. She earned her M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from DePaul University. Becky currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina where she serves as the Board Chair of KIPP Charlotte, a non-profit network of college-preparatory, public charter schools serving students in educationally underserved communities.

Kim is a Principal consultant with special expertise in organizational assessments, corporate trainings, and change-management programs, as well as leadership development and assessment. With more than a decade of experience as an organizational psychologist and business consultant, Kim brings deep expertise across a diverse set of services.
With a background as an investment banker and entrepreneur, Kim’s high-energy, empathetic, and straight-shooting style drives meaningful, long-lasting outcomes for her clients. A doctoral candidate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Illinois Institute of Technology, she has been recognized for her contributions to furthering research interests and has presented internationally on topics including leadership, conflict management, and well-being.
Prior to Green Peak, Kim was the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Positivity, a coaching and culture-building company. She began her professional career in finance, having worked in a variety of capacities in investment banking at Robert W. Baird. Kim is also a founding member of Teach for America Chicago’s Auxiliary Board.

Andy is a Principal consultant and an expert in talent evaluation, organizational assessment, and leadership development. He has performed more than 100 evaluations and actively coached more than 250 leaders over his 15-year career.
Andy came to Green Peak from McKinsey & Company, where he was a top performing engagement manager in their Organization Practice. He was a leader in McKinsey’s organizational design and transformational change service lines, where he helped drive new research and client solutions.
Prior to his career in consulting, Andy was an officer in the United States Army and an assistant professor of leadership development at the United States Military Academy (West Point). Prior to his teaching career, he served as an Attack Helicopter Pilot, Company Commander, and Chief of Aviation Strategy for the 1st Cavalry and 4th Infantry’s Aviation Brigades. He flew more than 125 combat missions during Operation Iraqi Freedom and was awarded the Bronze Star and Combat Action Badge.
Andy holds a Masters in organizational psychology and leadership from Columbia University and a B.S. in Economics from the United States Military Academy. Always up for a challenge, he is a two-time Ironman and USAT All-American triathlete. He lives near Seattle, Washington with his wife, Hartleigh, and their three children.

Camille is a Principal consultant charged with both firm leadership and client services responsibilities. With more than a decade of experience as a strategic advisor to executives and teams, she understands what makes organizations and leaders successful.
Camille advises private equity and corporate clients on a range of mission-critical topics, including individual and organizational assessment, leadership development, team effectiveness and coaching. Her blend of empathy and deep analytics gets to the heart of issues and contributes to lasting change for her clients.
Before joining Green Peak, Camille was a top performer with The Boston Consulting Group and served as a Vice President at Lehman Brothers where she advised leaders of governments, municipalities, and non-profit health systems.
Camille earned her MBA from Harvard Business School as well as a B.A. from Columbia College with honors in Economics. She lives in Boston, Massachusetts with her husband, Akhill, and their daughter.

Pat is a Principal consultant serving clients in the areas of talent selection, onboarding and development, and organizational due diligence. He works with a range of corporate, private equity, and hedge fund clients, who count on his no-nonsense approach and thoughtful perspective.
Pat is passionate about driving business success through unlocking the potential of top talent. His unique blend of leadership abilities, emotional intelligence, and business acumen make him a critical asset to clients as they seek to maximize the value of their organizations.
Prior to joining Green Peak, Pat was a senior manager and recruiter at Bridgewater Associates, a leading investment management firm. His responsibilities included designing and implementing search strategies to identify and attract world-class talent, as well as assessing candidate fit at both the firm and role levels.
Pat earned his MBA from London Business School and holds a B.A. in economics and psychology from Amherst College, where he was elected captain of both the varsity football and track and field teams. He also spent two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Zambia and a season as an assistant football coach at Amherst College. He lives in Boston with his wife, Caroline, and their two young sons.

Liz is a Principal consultant with deep experience in organizational, operational, and strategic consulting. Working with corporate entities, private equity firms, and hedge funds, she advises clients on executive assessment, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. She also maintains an active executive coaching practice.
Liz blends a deep focus on individual performance with a broad understanding of the needs of teams and businesses. A trusted advisor, coach, and skilled facilitator, she has led numerous team building and training workshops, and she is particularly known for her ability to transform new or underperforming teams into high performing units.
Before joining Green Peak, Liz was a top performer at McKinsey & Company, where she focused on organizational issues and transformations, change management, and operational improvement. She was also a sought-after faculty member and curriculum developer for McKinsey’s internal training programs, as well as a leader of McKinsey’s recruiting efforts and Summer Associate and Summer Business Analyst programs for the West Coast Office.
Liz earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and holds an M.S. and a B.S. from Stanford University in Biological Sciences. In addition, Liz’s background includes roles within a range of nonprofit organizations including Amnesty International, Project Healthy Children, and Khan Academy. Liz lives in Menlo Park, California with her husband, Will.

Tim Sheahan, Ph.D.
Tim is a Principal consultant focused on team assessments, executive coaching, succession planning, and performance systems. A trained psychologist, he has performed hundreds of executive assessments and offers a unique ability to identify who to hire and how to deploy and develop executive leaders.
Through a combination of empathy and a candid, matter-of-fact approach, Tim works with clients to generate solutions that are practical and designed to leverage existing strengths. As an executive coach, he has generated observable and measureable results with leaders at all levels. Prior to Green Peak, Tim held talent management roles at Lehman Brothers, AXA Equitable and QBE. He previously served as a Captain and psychologist in the U.S. Air Force.
Tim holds a Ph.D. in counseling psychology from the University of Kentucky with a concentration in assessment, and a BS in human development from Cornell University. He lives in Akron, Ohio with his wife, Dawn.

Jeff Jones, CPA
Chief Operating Officer & Partner,
Jeff is Chief Operating Officer and Partner, managing the firm’s finance, accounting, information technology, strategic planning, and human resources functions.
With more than 15 years of experience helping businesses scale, Jeff leverages his knowledge of finance, accounting, and planning to serve Green Peak’s strategic aims. Prior to joining Green Peak, Jeff spent more than a decade in the real estate sector of the Roaring Fork Valley near Aspen, Colorado. He worked for Chaffin/Light Associates, a premier community creator, on numerous successful real estate ventures, including serving as both CFO and Development Manager. Jeff also worked as the lead project manager for a $250 million development in New York where he co-developed and managed the preliminary business plan and project strategy, including proposed capitalization.
Jeff earned B.S. degrees in accounting and finance at Florida State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Master of Science in Accountancy degree. Jeff lives in Denver with his wife, Erin, and their two children.
Operations & Finance Manager,
Kelly is the Operations and Finance Manager responsible for most of Green Peak’s accounting processes and internal operations. She oversees accounts payable and receivable activities, while also focusing on ways to improve the firm’s overall processes and internal coordination.
Prior to this role, Kelly supported Green Peak’s Managing Partner Neel Bhatia. She provided direct support in client service, project management, recruiting and operations. Earlier in her career, Kelly was a Senior Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Vail Resorts in Broomfield, Colorado.
Kelly earned her M.Ed. from DePaul University and holds a B.A. from Purdue University. She resides outside of Denver with her husband and two daughters.
Carrie del Toro
Carrie is a Business Manager responsible for the coordination of many of the firm’s day-to-day operations. She also provides executive support to J.P. Flaum and is active in client project management, marketing, and coordination of internal projects.
Prior to joining Green Peak, Carrie was the office manager for Verecloud, a cloud services brokerage firm. She assisted in the operations of the business while also providing direct support to the CEO and executive team. Earlier in her career, Carrie served as an Assistant Vice President at Citibank, managing teams ranging from 20-40 staff members. While there, she was awarded Citi Cards’ Quality Excellence award for significantly improving employee satisfaction metrics.
Carrie earned a B.S. from Penn State University where she was captain of her varsity gymnastics team. She resides in Parker, Colorado with her husband and two sons.
Amy is an Executive Assistant supporting Neel Bhatia.
Before joining Green Peak, Amy spent more than two years at LoJack in Canton, MA, supporting the CEO, CFO and executive team. Earlier in Amy’s career, she was the Executive Assistant to two Managing Directors and the Chief Financial Officer of Brookside Capital (now Bain Capital Public Equity), the global equity investment arm of Bain Capital for more than 11 years.
Amy is a graduate of Northeastern University with a B.S. in business administration. She resides outside of Boston with her husband, Jason, two children and their ‘big boned’ Yorkshire Terrier, Oscar.
Betsey is an Executive Assistant supporting Camille DeLaite and Pat Hayes.
Prior to Green Peak, Betsey was an executive assistant to the executive team at Ab Initio Software. Before her role at Ab Initio, she was an Executive Assistant with Battery Ventures, a venture capital firm, supporting the managing partner and several other general partners while serving as the lead assistant in the Boston office.
Betsey is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a B.A. in political science. A lifelong New Englander, she lives in the suburbs of Boston with her husband and two sons.
Salt Lake City
Maureen is an Executive Assistant supporting Tim Sheahan and Liz McCabe.
Before Green Peak, Maureen spent five years at BDT & Company in Chicago, a merchant bank where she supported the chief operating officer in addition to various investment professionals. In this role, her responsibilities included assisting in numerous client events throughout the year, recruiting and onboarding new employees, and she served as a member of the firm’s brand committee.
Prior to BDT, Maureen was the office manager and executive assistant to the two managing partners of Marquette Partners, a proprietary futures trading firm in Chicago. She also provided executive administrative support at NTD Architecture, Walton Street Capital and The Northern Trust Company. Maureen resides in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Gina is an Executive Assistant supporting Tiffany McFerrin Foa and an active member of the internal recruiting team.
Prior to Green Peak, Gina spent 12 years as a project manager and executive assistant for the Hay Group, where she supported several partners and senior consultants. While there, she served as the main client contact for C-Suite executives at Fortune 500 companies nationwide. In this role, Gina managed all aspects of event planning for domestic and international programs, which included providing logistical support in addition to preparing related presentations and communications.
Earlier in Gina’s career, she held the position of international sales support assistant for Molecular BioProducts, a Thermo Scientific Company, in San Diego, CA. Her focus there was on developing and supporting key client relationships and supporting the sales team.
Gina lives outside of Boston with her husband, Tim, and their English Bulldog, Eleanor.
Senior Executive Assistant,
Donya is a Sr. Executive Assistant supporting Becky Winkler.
Prior to joining Green Peak, Donya worked at McKinsey & Company for more than 15 years. While there, Donya supported various client service teams and leaders ranging from engagement managers to managing directors. Her last six years at McKinsey were spent serving as the Southern Office Professional Development Administrator and Learning Coordinator. In this role, Donya’s responsibilities ranged from supporting consulting staff evaluation and development, to planning and implementing local learning programs, to providing additional administrative support to the PD team on special internal projects.
Earlier in her career, Donya provided administrative support in the roles of Office Manager and Executive Assistant at companies including TelAmerica Long Distance, Management Psychology Group and R.J. Griffin & Company. Donya lives in Suwanee, Georgia, with her son.
Rachel is an Executive Assistant supporting Andy Caine and Kimberly Burris.
Prior to Green Peak, Rachel spent more than five years as an executive assistant in the intellectual property group at Foley & Lardner. While there, she served as the main client contact for a large portfolio of patent clients, managing all aspects of workflow processes, coordinating staffing of client projects, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating deadlines with team members.
Rachel lives in Boston with her husband, Stephen.
Business Development Manager,
Preston is the Business Development Manager responsible for the creation, analysis and dissemination of all business development and productivity reports. He advises on firm development strategies, procedures and initiatives based on market research and emerging trends.
A gifted communicator and analyst, Preston’s role includes the facilitation and implementation of thought leadership efforts designed to highlight Green Peak consultants’ research, insights and methodologies. Leveraging digital delivery platforms and thoughtful design, he makes Green Peak’s findings and impact accessible to audiences involved in talent and leadership development around the world. Prior to joining Green Peak, Preston served as Investment Analyst for Franklin Street Partners in Chapel Hill, NC.
Preston is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with degrees in business administration and communication studies. He lives in Denver with his wife, Ashley.
Lynn is an Executive Assistant supporting Craig della Penna.
Prior to Green Peak, Lynn worked at The Boston Consulting Group for more than seven years as an executive assistant to a senior partner and various members of the consulting team. In this role, Lynn helped lead a sub-team of EA’s who supported a successful team of partners at top-tier clients. Before BCG, Lynn managed grants and contracts for the University of Texas.
Earlier in her career, she worked in outside sales for an online city guide, Citysearch.com, selling and designing websites and web marketing campaigns. She also spent many years in aquatics, teaching swimming and managing operations and staff in health club environments.
Lynn is a graduate of Harvard University. She enjoys a view of the marina at her home in Barrington, Rhode Island, where she lives with her young son, Mitchell.
