Becky Winkler and the Green Peak team partnered with Brad Smith, Ph.D., who at the time was a researcher at Columbia University, to investigate the relevance and power of Learning Agility. The dynamic and unpredictable nature of the business environment requires leaders to be more ‘agile’ to adapt to ever changing markets, competitors, and business curve balls. This research confirmed the importance of prioritizing risk taking, reflecting, and remaining open to new and different possibilities as markers of Learning Agility in assessing and selecting candidates.
